Great accessibility from central train station, nearby dining options, friendly assistance with late bookings
The technology guidance for room access and elevator usage is unclear!!! Basic kitchenware and cutlery are lacking despite the price!!! Limited seating areas downstairs makes the lobby feel cramped!!! Overall facilities feel basic and underwhelming!!!

Highly recommend for solo travelers
The hotel is ideally located near Central Station, making it super easy to get around the city. They had complimentary coffee and snacks in the foyer which was really nice. my room was cleaner than I anticipated and had a microwave and smart TV that I didn't use this time but it's nice to have options.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but for the location and experience it's acceptable.

The location offered easy access to dining options within a short walking distance, making it convenient for my group attending a nearby conference. Fresh fruit and complimentary coffee in the lobby added a nice touch. the lack of windows in the room left it feeling a bit claustrophobic, and the bed provided limited comfort for extended stays. some minor issues with room maintenance could be addressed to enhance the overall experience.

Decent Stay with Some Drawbacks
The convenience of having a microwave and smart TV in the room added value, but the small size felt cramped. A visit to nearby dining options was a highlight, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was refreshing. Just be aware of the potential for limited room comfort.

The location so close to Central Station was perfect for exploring, and I really appreciated the super convenient luggage storage on checkout. I enjoyed relaxing in the calm, quiet atmosphere despite the busy road. The complimentary tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch. Just a heads up, the TV didn’t work smoothly, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience—definitely grab some snacks from nearby shops! 😊

Oh mate, let me tell ya about the food! Just a hop away, Koi Dessert Bar had desserts that'll have you singing. And don’t even get me started on the free breakfast goodies like pastries—it was like a little bakery in the lobby! Plus, the comfy coffee machine meant I recharged whenever I fancied. What a treat!
Now, on the flip side, those heavy bathroom doors were a bit of a bother, and I could’ve used clearer instructions on tech stuff—took me a hot minute to figure out the lift situation.
